Choose your villa and dates, then fill in the booking form. Your request goes to our team, availability is confirmed and you'll receive a deposit link. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit clears, and you'll get a confirmation email.

The deposit is usually 30% of the total, though it can vary by villa and season. The balance is collected on arrival, or shortly before it. The exact figure is shown in your booking summary.

We accept card payments (with 3D Secure), bank transfer and wire transfer. Instalments are available on selected cards. Bank details are shown on the payment page.

They depend on how close to arrival you cancel. Cancellations well ahead of arrival are refunded in full; the closer you get to arrival, the higher the amount withheld. Villa-specific terms are listed on the booking page.

Standard check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. If the villa is free, an earlier check-in or later check-out can often be arranged at no extra cost — just ask a few days ahead.

Yes, a refundable deposit is taken against possible damage during your stay. Once the villa has been checked at check-out, it's refunded within a few working days unless something is found beyond normal wear and tear.

Some of our villas accept pets and some don't — check the rules section on the villa page. An additional cleaning fee may apply where pets are allowed.

Every villa is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive, with fresh towels and bed linen ready. On stays longer than a week, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included.

Most villas are reached by private car, with parking on site. If you'd like a transfer, our team can arrange one at a fair price. Directions and the exact location are sent with your booking confirmation.

The published capacity is a safety and comfort limit, and exceeding it breaches the rental agreement. If you need more space, let us know before booking and we'll suggest a villa with the right capacity.
