What we ask for, what we provide
Our portfolio criteria are clear; in return we run the entire operation behind your listing.
What we look for
- A private pool and a garden belonging to the villa
- Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine
- At least two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen
- A legal rental permit and title deed or lease
- Regular cleaning and pool maintenance throughout the season
What we take care of
