Our rental villa portfolio is our villas located in the Kordere area of our next Villa Baris Kalkan. This villa has a capacity of 7 people and we have 4 suite rooms. All rooms have their own toilet and bathroom. The distance from this village to the center of Kalkan is only 5 minutes by car. The pool and sun terrace are ideal for outdoor invisible, conservative families and honeymooners. In addition, the pool steps in the pool of our villas instead of the pool steps made the pool very useful for our elderly guests. There is a hammock on the roof terrace, a seating group, barbecue,a dining table.

Pool The pool measures 8mx4m and the depth is 1.55m. The pool is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Garden There are private swimming pool, sun beds, garden seating group, sun umbrellas, barbecue, hammock, dining table for 8 persons and chairs.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the rates. There is Wi-Fi wireless internet in Villa Baris. There are hot water, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and medicated regularly for insects and pests.
