Villa Baynur is a villa with a private pool and its own garden located close to the center in Kiziltas district of Kalkan town. Villa Baynur offers panoramic views of the sea and nature for holiday lovers to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Our villa has a private swimming pool and garden and has a sea view from every room. On the ground floor of the villa is an American kitchen, lounge, washbasin and toilet. There are two suites on the top floor, one with a jacuzzi, two on the terrace floor, a common room with an en-suite bedroom and a terrace with great views. The villa has an underground car park and wireless internet is available.

1. Bedroom: 1st floor air-conditioned suite is family bedroom. Bedroom has french bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom with Jacuzzi and toilet.

3. Bedroom: Terrace floor air-conditioned suite is a young bedroom. Bedroom has a Twin bed, nightstand, wardrobe, a shared bathroom and a toilet.

4. Bedroom: Terrace floor air-conditioned suite is a young bedroom. Bedroom has Twin bed, nightstand, wardrobe, shared bathroom and toilet.

Living room Ground floor with sea view and fireplace. Seating group, Led TV with internet connection, DVD Player, Air conditioning, dining table for 8 persons, poolside exit and bathroom.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 flats, kettle, coffee machine, dining table for 6, pans and cookware, cutlery, cups.

Pool measures 7mx3.50m and depth is 1.60m.

Garden There is a sun terrace in the garden, private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 6 persons, chairs and barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.
