Our Villa, which is a perfect holiday home with its private swimming pool and 1.500 m2 wide tangerine garden. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the other, and a total of 5 people can be accommodated with a sofa bed that can become a bed in the living room. Also available in our baby bed.

The villa has a single storey and was built entirely using stone materials. There is also an extra section with sitting groups and TV, while going out from the living room to the pool side.
While you are having your dinner on the veranda right next to the pool, Bitez's famous tangerine, lemon and orange orchard scents will add a different aroma to your nose. You can also have a barbecue in your garden.

In the villa, there are air conditioning, hot water, TV & satellite broadcast, DVD, music system (Radio & Type), refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, micro oven, complete kitchen equipment, garden table group, sun loungers by the pool, towels and sheets.
The only bathroom in the villa is in the master room and only this room has air conditioning. The villa also has an extra sink-WC.
The beach is 3 km, the minibus is 300 meters, the big supermarkets are 500 meters away.
