Vibrant Kalkan is within walking distance, the starting point for numerous boat trips and excursions, which also offers an eclectic choice of boutiques and a popular weekly market.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning,satellite receiver, DVD,seating group,dining table for 8-10 persons and chairs and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge. The living room has a sea view.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge,cooker,oven, kettle, pots and pans,dining table for 10,cutlery, tea cups and water cups.

Pool measures 12mx5m and the depth is 1,60m.There is Jacuzzi pool and you can use it as children pool too.

Garden Garden with sun terrace,private swimming pool,sun beds,sun umbrellas,garden dining table for 10 persons and chairs, BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price.Villa Buse Duo has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc.There is a deposit of 350 GBP at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
