Villa Kaan is located in Kalkan Uzumlu, one of the popular holiday regions. It is one of the luxurious holiday villas that you can choose for holiday lovers who want to experience a holiday indoors and outdoors. The villa curtain system can be put in a secluded position whenever desired. This luxury villa has 2 suites, 2 bathrooms and a heated indoor pool system. This is not only summer, but you can also take a winter holiday in this villa.

The price of running the indoor pool heating system is also included in the villa.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: French bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, bergere, bathroom and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.

Pool The pool measures 11mx4m and depth is 1.60m. There is a shallow pool inside the pool. Shallow pool is also used as a children's pool.The villa also has an indoor heated pool with jacuzzi. Indoor pool measures 1.70mx3m depth 1m. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

 Garden has a sun terrace, private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, 4-person garden dining table, seating group and chairs and stone BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Rental Villa Kaan has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron and ironing board, washing machine are also available.
