Villa Lina is one of the secluded villas with stylish design and the pool is located in the Uzumlu area of ​​Kalkan. Built in 2015, Villa Lina has 3 bedrooms with a seating capacity of 6 people. Villa Lina is a well-equipped holiday villa with a quiet, nature-filled interior. It is possible to see the famous Patara beach from our villas as panoramic view.

1. Bedroom: Ground floor,twin beds, wardrobe, nightstand,air condition,balcony,bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor,french bed,wardrobe,nightstand,air conditioner,balcony,bathroom and toilet.The room has sea and nature views.

3. Bedroom: 1st floor,french bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom with Jacuzzi and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.

The living Room has a satellite, TV (LCD), air conditioning,washbasin and toilet.The hall has sea and nature views. The pool terrace is available for check-out.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, cooker, dining table for 6, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans, cups.

Pool The pool measures 9mx4m and depth is 1.60m. The pool is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.There is a children's pool in the pool.

Garden There is a sun terrace in the garden,private swimming pool,children's pool,sun beds,sun umbrella,garden seating group, garden dining table for 6 persons and chairs.

Other facilities include iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, Wifi, children's pool.

Important information Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the price of renting a villa. There is no charge for extra cleaning. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.
