Villa Tepe

With amazing sea views Villa Tepe offers great value for groups and large families alike. Built over three levels offers completely self contained accommodation with each having access to the pool area as well offering great flexible accommodation and the space large groups need.

The bedrooms themselves are three on each level made up of six doubles, two twins and one triple of which there are four en-suite bathrooms and a further three house bathrooms.

Outside the villa has a good size private swimming pool with surrounding terraces furnished with plenty of sunbeds and stunning sea views. There is a split level terrace which has a large marble table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 19 people. It is shaded by a grapevine covered pergola. There is also big stone built BBQ and parking spaces.

Villa Tepe which has far reaching sea views across Kalkan and the islands across to the famous Patara beach, is beautifully furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It’s just five minutes drive to Kalkan old town and within a few minutes’ walk of local shops, bakery and green grocers.

5. Bedroom: 1st floor,1 double bed, air conditioner,wardrobe,baby cot, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

6. Bedroom: 1st floor,1 double bed, air conditioner,wardrobe, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

7. Bedroom: 2nd floor,twin beds, air conditioner,wardrobe, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

8. Bedroom: 2nd floor,1 double bed, air conditioner,wardrobe, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

9. Bedroom: 2nd floor,1 double bed, air conditioner,wardrobe, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet  Ensuite.

We have 9 bedrooms in total.The two bedrooms have approximately the same characteristics as these bedrooms.

The living room has a TV, satellite receiver, DVD player,seating group, iron, ironing table. Villa Tepe has 3 living rooms on each floor.It has sea view.

Kitchen Each floor has a kitchen and the kitchens that have the same features are American kitchens. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,fridge, kettle, toaster,oven,cooker,cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool The pool measures 9.5mx4.5m depth and 1.65m depth. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Garden There are stone BBQ,swimming pool,sun beds,sun umbrellas,pergolas,garden seating group,dining table and chairs in the garden.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. The fuses are not included in the prices. There is Wi-Fi wireless internet in Villa Tepe. There are hot water, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. If there is no problem like broken, damaged or missing, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
