deluxe summer villa is located on the D-Marin hills on the Turgutreis Akyarlar road, with the most magnificent panoramic view of the Aegean. Images were obtained from real photo shoots and a bohemian and natural style was preferred in the decoration work of our deluxe villa. It has an endless pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fin bath. Our villa has been designed in accordance with summer and winter conditions.

Our villa, which we have put into operation to serve together with our employees, is built on a 1000 m2 land. Its usage area is 600 m2 and it has 6+2 rooms including outbuildings. The section that guests will use is designed as 6 rooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens.

Our villa, which is a mansion project that we set out with the discourse of home within the house, offers its own private living spaces for crowded families.

It is 900 m to D-Marin, 18 km to Bodrum city center and 57 km to the airport.

Equipped with Daikin brand Fun coil heating and cooling system, our villa provides superior comfort in both summer and winter accommodation.

Our specially designed shark mouth fireplace is also designed for winter stays.
