Villa Hills Heart is one of our choices of Ultra Luxury Villas and Sea View Villas located in Kalkan-Akbel. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and has a capacity of 10 people. Villa Hills Heart is a luxury villa that attracts attention both with its exterior and interior design. One of the features that distinguish Villa Hills Heart from other holiday villas is that it has its own 2 private swimming pools and 2 separate pool terraces. In addition, the pools of our villa are sheltered and they are preferred for the comfort of our guests. The second pool on the upper floor of our villa with a sheltered pool also has a jacuzzi. Located in a quiet and quiet location away from the crowd and noise of the city, Villa Hills Heart awaits you for an unforgettable holiday.

 

!! IMPORTANT: It is possible to stay less than 7 nights in this villa.

 

* During high season dates, the minimum stay is 6 nights without paying extra cleaning fees. 

* In other season dates, the minimum stay is 5 nights without paying extra cleaning fees. 

!!! IMPORTANT: On high season dates, the minimum stay is 4 nights by adding the "cleaning fee"; on other dates, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The extra cleaning fee is determined as 70 £ by our host for this villa, and if you request extra cleaning during your stay, the intermediate cleaning fee is set as 50 £.

2. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

3. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes 1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet,balcony.

4. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. The bedroom has 1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

5. Bedroom: 1nd floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, Make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi ,bathroom and toilet, balcony.

 

The bedrooms have clean rooms and all are air-conditioned.

The living room of the Villa Hills Heart is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool.

The kitchen of the Villa Hills Heart is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 10 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

Pool  This villa has two different private swimming pool. The size of the one of private swimming pool is 8,5 m. Width is 6 m. Depth: 1,5 meters. Second pool's size is 6 m.Width is 3 m. Depth: 1,2 m. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

Garden Villa Hills Heart has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
