Villa Akbel Tepe is located in Kalkan-Lavanta area.This spacious 3 bedrooms 6 person villa will be a suitable option for secluded holiday searcher.Our villas are surrounded by a curtain system. The pool does not appear from the outside.There is a lounge and a  American kitchen with access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen In the modern American kitchen, there is a dining table for 6 people, cooker, oven, toaster,water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups. Sea and nature views.

Pool Measures 10mx4m depth 1.55m.Villa pool and pool terrace covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden, a dining table for 6 people, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden seating group, barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week.Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurance is not included in the price. Villa Lavanta Tepe has Wi-Fi wireless internet.
